Dosage/Direction for Use

Tab 1-2 tab tid to qid. Syr Childn 1-5 yr 10 mL every 4 hr, <1 yr 5 mL every 4 hr. IM Adult 2 mL. Childn 1 mL.

Administration

May be taken with or without food.

Special Precautions

Renal & hepatic failure.

Adverse Reactions

Hematological, skin & other allergic reactions.

Drug Interactions

Concomitant use w/ alcohol, oral anticoagulant, chloramphenicol, aspirin, phenobarb, liver enzyme inducers, hepatotoxic agents.
